Security company Comodo has two secure web browsers to offer: Comodo Dragon, which is based on Google’s Chrome, and Comodo IceDragon, which is based on Mozilla’s Firefox. Both are fast, user friendly, and secure web browsers. Both have been enhanced by Comodo so they offer a more enjoyable user experience.

The system requirements for running Comodo Dragon are: at least 128MB of RAM, 40MB of free disk space or more, 32 or 64-bit edition of Windows, anything from XP onward.
The setup wizard that will help you install Comodo Dragon will ask you to choose between a regular and a portable installation. The wizard will also ask you to select the components that will be imported from your default browser: history, cookies, favorites, passwords. Last but not least, the wizard will invite you to use Comodo SecureDNS servers (free service that provides you with a safer, smarter, faster internet).

The interface is just what you would expect to get from Google Chrome – with a key difference, mind you. If Google is set at the default homepage and search engine in Chrome, Yahoo! is set as the default homepage and search engine in Dragon.

The functionality is just what you would expect to get from Google Chrome as well – incognito browsing, extensions, themes, and so on. As mentioned above, Comodo made a few tweaks to enhance the functionality provided by the core browser. Cons:
None that I could think of.

Pros

Very low system requirements; modern and older PCs can easily meet them. Pick between a regular and a portable installation. Choose to use Comodo SecureDNS servers that protect against harmful websites and help webpages load faster. Chrome users will immediately feel at home with the interface. Chrome-core functionality and some handy extra features. Drag to the left to share, drag to the right to search. Dragon is free software.

Cons

equently, Comodo Dragon comes with some interesting extra features: WebInspector to find out if a webpage is malicious or not; Share Page Service to easily share a webpage on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn; PrivDog automatically finds and blocks threats on webpage; drag to the left to share, drag to the right to search, privacy enhancements that surpass those in Chromium's technology. Dragon, just like IceDragon, is offered to Windows users for free. Chrome’s speed and Comodo’s security, privacy and usability tweaks – that’s what you get if you pick Dragon as your default browser.
